7-Week Golf Fitness Program
Our 7-Week Golf Fitness program is designed to harmonize your body with the golf swing when out on the golf course. This functionally-focused program incorporates exercises that are golf-specific while training your body as a whole. It targets the muscles pertinent to your golf game empowering you to access, harmonize, and utilize your body’s power to lessen pain or injury, improving performance and recovery.
We film an initial video of your swing which will allow us to examine your mechanics and provide a reference point for progress. We also go through several golf-specific movement assessments to gain insight into your abilities/goals and develop a list of target areas for improvement.
