As the year nears to an end, Twice as Fit is changing its’ environment to facilitate success. Changing the environment can be as simple as working out inside to outside, taking a different path to work, starting a different type of conversation, trying to respond differently to an issue in your life. These small changes help us consider our Health and Wellness, helping us transform into better and better versions of ourselves. Mind, Body, and Spirit are things to consider for healthy living.
Who can we add to our wellness team? Who is actually part of our wellness team? Our body is an amazing survival specialist! The more pillars we have to hold up our wellness platform, the stronger our health becomes.
Breathing, hydration, nutrition, restful sleep, daily movement/exercise, body work/chiropractics, and Bemer are some of the ways we stay healthy and enjoy our time. Our bodies have fundamental needs in order to maintain homeostasis. It is critical to give our bodies what we need! Seems much of the time what I need IS what I want.
Most diseases take time to develop, so time is on our side with self care. Consistency is what keeps our cells happy and healthy. When we are in this state our beings enjoy wellness. Listen to your body, it will tell you everything you want to know! What is that saying? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?”
